Care that feels like family

Carefully Chosen Aides

Every caregiver goes through thorough background screening, in-person interviews, and practical skills assessment before joining our team.

Flexible to Your Schedule

Whether you need support twice a week or every single day, we shape care around your family's real-life rhythm rather than a rigid package.

Open Family Communication

We keep you informed with structured reports and regular updates so you always know how your loved one is doing, even from a distance.

Home Remains Home

Our approach lets seniors stay in the spaces they know and love, surrounded by their own belongings, routines, and neighbourhood.

Holistic Observation

We look beyond physical tasks — tracking mood, appetite, sleep, and social engagement to give families a fuller picture of wellbeing.

Relationship-Centred Approach

We match each senior with a caregiver whose personality and background are likely to foster genuine trust and comfortable rapport.

A conversation costs nothing — and it might be the first step that matters most

Reach out to us to talk through your family's needs. There's no pressure and no obligation — just an honest discussion about what kind of support might help.

Things families often ask

How do I know the caregiver will be a good fit?
Before any placement, we take time to understand your loved one's personality, daily habits, preferences, and any sensitivities. We then match carefully based on these factors. If after the first few visits it doesn't feel right, we'll work with you to find a better fit.
What tasks can a caregiver help with at home?
Depending on the service chosen, caregivers can assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, accompanying to appointments, and providing companionship throughout the day.
How much notice is needed to arrange care?
For our Hourly Drop-In service, we ask for at least twenty-four hours' notice per visit. For the dedicated caregiver arrangement, initial placement typically takes three to five working days, depending on matching requirements.
What does the weekly health report include?
Our health reports cover vital signs observations, appetite and hydration patterns, sleep quality notes, mobility changes, emotional disposition, and any concerns worth discussing with a health professional. Reports are written clearly for family members, not in clinical jargon.
Is our family's information kept private?
Absolutely. All personal and health-related information is treated with strict confidentiality. We collect only what is necessary to deliver good care, and it is never shared with third parties outside of legitimate care coordination.
Can care hours be adjusted once service has started?
Yes. We understand that circumstances change. You can increase or reduce hours with reasonable notice. For the dedicated caregiver arrangement, adjustments to the care plan are discussed at the monthly family consultation.
