How we approach care delivery

Every Olmara placement begins with a conversation — not a form. We take time to understand the senior's personality, their daily patterns, the family's concerns, and the specific tasks that would make the most meaningful difference. Only then do we propose a service and a caregiver.

Ongoing review and adaptation

A care plan that worked three months ago may need adjusting today. We build review touchpoints into every service arrangement and actively invite families to raise concerns or changes rather than waiting for problems to surface.

The home as the constant

Our approach is built around the assumption that the senior's home is where they are most comfortable and most themselves. We fit into the existing household rather than imposing a care environment onto it.

Hourly Drop-In Care

Flexible, on-demand visits for families who need occasional support rather than a fixed schedule. A trained aide arrives for one to three hours to assist with specific tasks — bathing, meal preparation, medication reminders, or simply keeping company. Scheduling is arranged with at least twenty-four hours' notice, and visits can be adjusted week by week.
